Welcome to the Learning Center. This is where the steps of this online course are presented. To participate in this course as a course-taker, click on each line below that starts with a checkbox. One by one, they will take you on a structured tour of an area of perceptual sensitivity which is just now beginning to be explored seriously by modern science. As familiarity with your own telepathic perception increases, your ability to perceive information telepathically and accurately may improve. There is no guarantee, because the extent to which a person can improve their telepathic ability through intention and practice is still unknown.
Goal: Become better able to tune in to information in telepathic form present "out there." Where exactly "out there" is remains to be seen. It is possibly outside of space itself.
The course starts by presenting information that leads to a deeper understanding of telepathy and what receivers and senders of telepathic information should expect. In order to be a receiver of telepathic information, it is essential to believe completely in the reality of telepathy. A sender of telepathic information does not need to believe in telepathy and can be a skeptic. To strengthen the belief of doubters who nevertheless have an open mind, we will examine documented case studies and look at examples of what a few exceptionally gifted individuals were able to do with telepathic sensitivity.
We will also probe the way human perception works to get a better understanding of how the mind's eye works. After that, we will be introduced to the Level 1 operation of the telepathy task, the reasons for that particular task to be used, the need to find a partner or partners to work with, prepation for the practice trials, and how to schedule them spontaneously (or not). Then we will start to do actual telepathy practice trials, look at the performance reports, and examine introspectively what our minds were doing.
This is basically a course in learning how to be more sensitive to specifically the visual telepathic information that does reliably manifest in your 'mind's eye' under the right conditions. Your sensitivity can increase when you understand more about it, trust it without doubt, and have practiced and become familiar with it.
The lessons have put together and condensed a wealth of information already known and understood about telepathy from diverse sources. Some of this information may be new even for those familiar with parapsychology.
The focus will be first on understanding, then increasingly on improvement through practice. Practice trials start at a simple level and work up to more difficult telepathic perception tasks. Your performance is analyzed constantly for chance vs. better-than-chance performance and can be viewed at any time by going to the Performance Reports menu item.
For those not interested in visiting ESP Gym for its courseware, but just to use its tools to explore and practice telepathy, they should simply go directly to the Practice Telepathy tools and start working out with them.

Instant notification/messaging When you send a notification message, whether to a PC or to a phone, if the user has allowed ESP Gym to receive notifications, there will be an instant distinctive sound and popup message on the device. This makes it easy to remind partners when its time to do some telepathy practice and also hold "spontaneous" telepathy sessions with partners interested in this possibility.
Level 4 - Real-world Images Levels 1 - 3 use basic images designed to be easy to send and receive telepathically. Level 4 brings in real-world scenes which are much more complex than the basic cone arrangements.
Clairvoyance / Remote Viewing Telepathy is usually easier to relate to than clairvoyance and remote viewing. We all are familiar with radio, where there is a transmitter which uses energy to transmit signals across space which are then picked up and decoded by a receiver. But it is harder to understand how, even when there is no obvious transmitter, a clairvoyant receiver can still pick up information as surely as a receiver of telepathic information. The clairvoyance / remote viewing tool does not have a partner for practice sessions. Using two devices, for example, a laptop and a cellphone, the app sets up trials in which images are displayed on a device in another room or country, and a remote viewer tries to see what is on the display in their mind's eye.
Globe This feature shows a globe that can be adjusted and zoomed which shows connecting lines between this user's location and the location on earth of other telepathy partners. Globe is a fun way of visualizing the reality that in telepathy, distance is not a factor.
Access to Ongoing Research PRO subscribers can operate at a higher level of involvement and contribution. PRO-associated research is a growing area.

About Telepathy Beginner
Telepathy Beginner is an ESP Gym practice tool designed to help a pair of people explore telepathy exercises in a structured way. The app supports progressive difficulty levels, records practice history for review, and is intended to make repeated telepathy training sessions easy.
The goal of the app is training and experimentation. It is not presented as a medical, psychological, or scientific diagnostic instrument. Users should treat it as an optimized practice environment for focused attention, sustained intention, perception, and ESP exercises.
Privacy Policy
ESP Gym stores only the information needed to operate the app and preserve practice history and user continuity. Practice history for each sender-receiver pair is stored by ESP Gym to allow users to review performance reports later and also for administration and technical management of the system. ESP Gym does not sell user data or intentionally share it for advertising purposes. Administrative access is limited to maintaining the service, reviewing technical status, and supporting users.
If you send a message through the contact form, the contents of that message is delivered to ESP Gym via email. Please do not include sensitive financial, medical, or other highly confidential information in app messages.

In one ongoing experiment, you would participate as remote telepathic receiver with a sender you meet in a zoom meeting and who sends from within a room heavily shielded from outside radio waves and sound. Other experiments may involve travel to the CIHS laboratory in Southern California.
